Drawing and Painting San Francisco Sites - 8 WEEK WORKSHOP

(ages 5.5 – 12 yrs)

Tuition:$325.00 includes all professional art supplies and smocks

Step by step instruction on how to draw and paint three 18 by 24 inch acrylic pieces of world famous sites of San Francisco. Students choose all of their own colors to apply to their paintings.

Picasso Portraits and Self-Portrait - 8 Week WORKSHOP

(ages 5.5 to 12 years)

Tuition: $325.00

Through step by step visual demonstration and verbal explanation, Chris Babcock instructs students how to draw and paint two 14 by 20 inch Pablo Picasso portraits then students will apply what they have learned in rendering their own 14 by 20 inch self-portraits using acrylics on archival museum quality paper. Students will work from photos Chris takes of each studentʼs head and neck.

  1. Interpretation of “Paul Picasso as a Child” by Pablo Picasso
  2. Interpretation of “Maya” by Pablo Picasso
  3. Interpretation of own studentʼs head and shoulders (self-portrait)
