Winter 2018: Learning How to Paint with Water Soluble Oils and Acrylics
Time: 9:30am to 12:30
Dates: Wednesdays-Jan. 24, 31, Feb. 7, 14, 28, March 7, 13, 21
(No class the week of President's Day)
No experience or exceptional talent necessary. Really.
Complete between 1 - 3 paintings (depending on speed)
You have two options:
1) Receive step by step visual demonstration and loving encouragement from Chris Babcock to paint 2 to 3 images shown here by Wayne Thiebaud, Mitchell Johnson, Kelly Reemstem and Diego Rivera using professional oils or acrylics on museum quality archival paper. (Your painting is pre-drawn.)
2) Send to Chris via email any image you would like to produce using professional-quality acrylics or oils on archival paper and Chris will consult you when you need her. Your painting will be pre-drawn for you unless you prefer to draw it yourself. Please email Chris at firstname.lastname@example.org with the image you want to study at least 7 days prior to the first day of the class.
Tuition: $475.00 includes professional brushes, the finest water soluble oils and acrylics, pre-drawn drawings for your painting and aprons.
